Pre-Show/Virtual Show

Prior to the live show day, your customers begin browsing your show specials catalog and building their trade show orders in the OrderJump Show Specials Portal. Even customers who do not attend your live trade show event can perform and execute trade show orders.

Live Show

During the live show, your suppliers, customers and sales reps use the Show Specials mobile app to add to existing orders and/or build new orders during the live show. The orders sent during the live show are immediately consolidated at the customer level with the orders in the Show Specials Portal.

Post Live Show/Virtual Show

After the close of your live show event, your customers go into the Show Specials Portal to review, edit and add to their show orders until you close the virtual show.

Orders processed

Customized reporting is made available in real-time for your suppliers and stakeholders. At virtual show close, all trade show orders are automatically processed into your back-office system(s) for fulfillment and your customers can continue to log-in to the Portal to view order fulfillment and shipment status updates.
